If you are interested in applying to be a Leaseholder at Black Rock Gardens Cooperative, please submit this form.

One parking sticker is issued for each Unit and may be used by Leasholders or Full Time Additional Residents.

Please submit an application for your pets and include certification of license and rabies vaccination.

Visitors who stay with a Leaseholder for more than 14 cumulative days in a year need to submit this application.

Leaseholders are required to submit this application for Board approval prior to undertaking any Remodeling/Repair projects.
